Oliver Can dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 27th minute of play forced La Gallardeta's goalkeeper Oliver Can to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alberto Tafalla scored 0-3 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Oliver Can, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Abel Ponciano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Oliver Can came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Alberto Tafalla. But to his dismay, Alberto Tafalla quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Oliver Can made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luca Zorita in the 68th minute of play. Oliver Can showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 72nd minute of the match. In the 75th minute, Felix Luque hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. La Gallardeta made a substitution. Esteban Leizarraga replaced Teodoro Delfino.
