Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Abram Sarmiento took the kick off in the first half of the match. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ian Chung, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Axel Montenegro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rinto Kalla read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. 10 minutes into the match, Lake Wales FC's goalkeeper Rinto Kalla had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Axel Montenegro. Pedro Manzanares came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Lake Wales FC's Garth Wray. But to his dismay, Garth Wray quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Lake Wales FC were awarded a corner in the 35th minute after Colombia's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Garth Wray took the corner. The audience thought a goal was coming when Axel Montenegro got free with Rinto Kalla in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roland Davenport in the 46th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ian Chung made a kick off. The corner led Colombia's Luis Cazalla to fire away a dangerous shot which Rinto Kalla despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When the match clock showed 52 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Luis Cazalla sped through Lake Wales FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rinto Kalla. In the 54th minute Garth Wray shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 55th minute of the match Lake Wales FC got a corner. Colombia's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Garth Wray ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 56 minutes, Rey Ivey mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lake Wales FC and the Colombia players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 56 played minutes Lake Wales FC got a freekick which was hit by Rey Ivey. The audience thought a goal was coming when Roland Davenport got free with Pedro Manzanares in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 73 minutes of play, Colombia's Axel Montenegro made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rinto Kalla was left in no man's land by his defense there! Colombia's Ignacio Mastache was substituted for Abram Sarmiento. In the 83rd minute, Danial Salter left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lake Wales FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. After 85 played minutes Lake Wales FC got a freekick which was hit by Rey Ivey. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Danial Salter in the 91st minute of the match. In the 92nd minute Lake Wales FC were awarded a corner. Garth Wray went to the cornerflag to take it. Rinto Kalla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kevin Mastache, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Lake Wales FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Colombia.
