Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Ovidiu Poenaru started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Gerold Zollt stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Daniel Zorita's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Matthieu Richardot sent off a good shot on target. Rea Selbert hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Gerold Zollt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 16th minute of play. Wellington Nóbrega's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when José Pedro Cerezo came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rea Selbert kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. José Pedro Cerezo was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Matthieu Richardot tried to sneak it across the goal line. 34 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ecuador's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Marcus Terstappen was slow to take the kick. During this time DJK Füchtel Vechta's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Marcus Terstappen got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Julio Vera quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Wellington Nóbrega tried to sneak it across the goal line. 47 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Ovidiu Poenaru came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 54th minute of play forced DJK Füchtel Vechta's goalkeeper Gerold Zollt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gerold Zollt made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 60th minute. 64 minutes into the game, Mauro Galvão was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. DJK Füchtel Vechta's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. In the 64th match minute, DJK Füchtel Vechta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauro Galvão to maneuver through the defense. DJK Füchtel Vechta's Philipp Lahm was substituted for Rea Selbert. A collision led to DJK Füchtel Vechta getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Mauro Galvão hit a great ball. In the 71st minute, DJK Füchtel Vechta's Philipp Lahm seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Philipp Lahm the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of DJK Füchtel Vechta protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Philipp Lahm had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in DJK Füchtel Vechta fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 70th minute. Penalty! Gerold Zollt went to the wrong direction when Daniel Zorita was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Pedro Cerezo in the 74th minute of play. With a little luck, DJK Füchtel Vechta's Gerold Zollt got control of the ball when Cristian Sancho tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gerold Zollt made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Sancho in the 77th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Ovidiu Poenaru managed to get in a good position for a shot. DJK Füchtel Vechta's supporters rose to their feet, but Ovidiu Poenaru was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. José Pedro Cerezo took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Vera. Julio Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. DJK Füchtel Vechta's Gerold Zollt proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save DJK Füchtel Vechta from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Juan Sebastián Puig hit a great ball. The DJK Füchtel Vechta fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
