Colombia's Pedro Manzanares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 2nd minute of the match, managed to save Colombia from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lolo Moreno in the 4th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedro Manzanares made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Kev Hurtado sent off a good shot on target. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Kev Hurtado got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 1-0. 12 minutes into the match. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lolo Moreno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lolo Moreno in the 18th minute of the match. Jose Boldu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Axel Montenegro's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. 26 minutes into the match, Colombia's Axel Montenegro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jose Boldu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 28th minute Abram Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jose Boldu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 29th minute Kev Hurtado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Doriva Saldanha. Deportivo ScrugenFC's Jose Boldu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 33rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Doriva Saldanha got free with Pedro Manzanares in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 44th minute Abram Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jose Boldu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lolo Moreno in the 55th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Doriva Saldanha in the 75th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 93rd minute, Colombia's Kevin Mastache ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jose Boldu. Jose Boldu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-4. The Deportivo ScrugenFC fans' excitement grew in the 96th match minute when Deportivo ScrugenFC's Zoil Pequeño looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Colombia had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
