Ball Hold made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Tomas Illescas sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rogelio Bilbo in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 30th minute Rogelio Bilbo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 34 minutes into the game, Pegale De Puntín's Rogelio Bilbo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. After 40 played minutes Pegale De Puntín got a freekick which was hit by Arnoldo Charro. In the 47thth minute of the game Rogelio Bilbo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

When Rigoberto Mina fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. When the match had been going on for 67 minutes, Pegale De Puntín's Alejo Gonsalvo got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. 75 minutes into the game, Segundo Niva was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pegale De Puntín's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venezuela the free kick. Ball Hold came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arnoldo Charro made in the 96th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Venancio Cordearo however managed to control. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Pegale De Puntín walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
