Eduardo Fontirroig was shown his second yellow card after 93 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to Bolivia getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Eduardo Fontirroig hit a great ball. Eustaquio Bartuelo struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Camilo Freixa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Formentera. Formentera's Justino Hondo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Joshua Miralles in the 97 minute of the game. Camilo Freixa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Domingo Urki in the 98th minute. Formentera's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
