Cachiyuyo EAS's Luciano Iraido was substituted for Selwyn Seangchjan. If Eliseo Mina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rolando Noboa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fabricio Rencio in the 24th minute. When the match clock showed 65 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Julian Murillo sped through Cachiyuyo EAS's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Evaristo Velasco. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fabricio Rencio in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rolando Noboa saved Peru from getting behind. Carlos Sevenants kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Cachiyuyo EAS's Dito Sena was substituted for Fabricio Rencio. Edgard Polentzi kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Evaristo Velasco made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Julian Murillo sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julian Murillo in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Evaristo Velasco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dito Sena in the 81st minute of play. Luz Tejedor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evaristo Velasco having to interfere. Peru made a substitution. Eliseo Alcocer replaced Moises Gayoso. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgard Polentzi in the 87th minute of the match. 87 minutes into the game, Edgard Polentzi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Rolando Noboa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Evaristo Velasco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Gallo in the 91st minute of the match. Rafael Gallo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Evaristo Velasco came out and tried to block the shot, but Rafael Gallo slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 92nd minute. When the final whistle sounded Peru left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Cachiyuyo EAS.
