Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) In the 5th minute of the match Brazil got a corner. Lions United's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Alexandre Paz Rocha ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 9th minute Pan Jian Yong shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Heitor Paim Belluci saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Geert-Jan Coomans in the 11th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Brazil's Diogo Paim Macedo. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Murilo Barros Rosa put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Steve De Wilde. Heitor Paim Belluci showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niels Vandamme in the 17th minute of the match. Rafael Machado Cardoso made in the 28th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Diogo Paim Macedo immediately put the ball in play. With a little luck, Lions United's Steve De Wilde got control of the ball when Alexandre Paz Rocha tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pan Jian Yong took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Heitor Paim Belluci. Heitor Paim Belluci dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Steve De Wilde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diogo Paim Macedo in the 38th minute of play. 39 minutes had been played when some careless play by Lions United's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Alexandre Paz Rocha was slow to take the kick. During this time Brazil's players had a chance to rest. In the 47th minute, Guilherme Flores Bueno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Pan Jian Yong made the kick off in the second half. Lions United's Pan Jian Yong got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Heitor Paim Belluci made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pan Jian Yong in the 64th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexandre Paz Rocha in the 66th minute of play forced Lions United's goalkeeper Steve De Wilde to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 67 minutes into the match, Lions United's goal looked a bit too open when Diogo Paim Macedo came free, but Steve De Wilde reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Heitor Paim Belluci made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Pan Jian Yong sent off a good shot on target. Pan Jian Yong could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Heitor Paim Belluci made a huge save. Steve De Wilde took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexandre Paz Rocha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Brazil made a substitution. Murilo Bueno Lobo replaced Diogo Paim Macedo. Steve De Wilde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renato Pedroso Kimura in the 84th minute of play. In the 94th minute, Renato Pedroso Kimura ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Steve De Wilde was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. When the referee ended the match the Brazil players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
