Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Santos Sidro made a huge save. After 26 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Hernan Crespo who took care of the corner kick. Kürşat Hamurcu kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Denis Stanislao stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Denis Stanislao tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sacronas Futbol Club's Santos Sidro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 41st minute of play. In the 42nd minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to Ecuador's Agustín Saelices getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Thanks to some nice moves Daniel Zorita could shoot a difficult shot in the 46th minute, which Santos Sidro however easily saved by the left post.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Denis Stanislao to make the kick off. 55 minutes in the game Camilo Gisbert did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Luis Andino. After 55 minutes, Saul Lon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sacronas Futbol Club and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 55th match minute, Sacronas Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saul Lon to maneuver through the defense. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Santos Sidro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Denis Stanislao in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Agustín Saelices received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Santos Sidro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Camilo Gisbert made in the 75th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Luis Andino however managed to control. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Montenegro in the 80th minute of play forced Sacronas Futbol Club's goalkeeper Santos Sidro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee showed Camilo Gisbert the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Sacronas Futbol Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. Octavio Regis hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Santos Sidro came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Cristian Sancho. But to his dismay, Cristian Sancho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Ecuador had played much better football throughout.
