Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Axel Tasis took the kick off in the first half of the match. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Hugo Ferrant hit a great ball. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danial Boon in the 8th minute of play. Danial Boon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Danial Boon in the 13th minute of the match. Hugo Ferrant made in the 24th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Aaron Alcocer however managed to control. In the 25th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugo Ferrant to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Danial Boon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. Axel Tasis's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 33rdth minute, Albino Maiorga skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Danial Boon in the 36th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 37 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Danial Boon sped through Costa Rica's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danial Boon in the 41st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Danial Boon in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benito Sanz saved Costa Rica from getting behind. Alexandre Tepedino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Alexandre Tepedino made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Danial Boon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benito Sanz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 57th minute, Fragiskos Fitriansyah got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Costa Rica from getting a goal against them. Alexandre Tepedino hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Liu Feng Guang was substituted for Danial Boon. Alexandre Tepedino kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Liu Feng Guang received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Benito Sanz came out and tried to block the shot, but Liu Feng Guang slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 71st minute. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Marcos Urtsin managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Hugo Ferrant in the 76 minute of the game. After 79 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Ferrant. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaspar Pomelov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gaspar Pomelov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 85th minute, Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Gaspar Pomelov ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-6. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Marcos Urtsin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcos Urtsin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benito Sanz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
