Iago Ozuna was out of position in the 17 minute of play, and Julian Murillo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Julian Murillo really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Frank Teixeira in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rolando Noboa saved Peru from getting behind. In the 25th minute, Tiadoro Sabugo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Peru's attentive Alonso Berganza managed to snatch the ball when Betão Duarte made a throw-in in the 27th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 32nd minute of play forced ConChanfle FC's goalkeeper Iago Ozuna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. ConChanfle FC's Iago Ozuna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luz Tejedor in the 36th minute of play. Eliseo Mina kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Peyo Pardelas kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. 44 minutes into the match, ConChanfle FC's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Iago Ozuna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alonso Berganza made in the 46th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Moises Gayoso. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Julian Murillo made a kick off. In the 54th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iago Ozuna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rolando Noboa came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by ConChanfle FC's Frank Teixeira. But to his dismay, Frank Teixeira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. 63 minutes into the match, ConChanfle FC's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Iago Ozuna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iago Ozuna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 68th minute of the match. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Teixeira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The ConChanfle FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing ConChanfle FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
