After 96 minutes, Moises Fernandino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the El Salvador and the Fort Comme Un Turc players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 96th minute, Moises Fernandino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee ended the match the El Salvador players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
