Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ciro Pellegrini kicked off to start the match. Saverio Fidele showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Chelco FC's Saverio Fidele played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 17th minute of play. Ciro Pellegrini could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Dante Lacasa made a huge save. Lautaro Mancebo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ciro Pellegrini kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. In the 33rd minute of the match Mexico got a corner. Chelco FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Felix Luque hit a great ball. In the 46th match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Luque to maneuver through the defense. When Flavio Profeta came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Chelco FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Flavio Profeta couldn't finish the play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Alberto Tafalla hit a great ball. The Chelco FC fans' excitement grew in the 55th match minute when Chelco FC's Ciro Pellegrini looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Chelco FC's Leonardo Aznaro was substituted for Rogelio Fe. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Suban Arriba in the 61st minute of play. In the 74th minute, Baldomero Rufio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 76 minutes, Suban Arriba managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chelco FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Suban Arriba was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Flavio Profeta hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. 78 minutes in the game, Lautaro Mancebo fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Saverio Fidele having to interfere. Alberto Tafalla kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. 85 minutes into the match, Alberto Tafalla had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Saverio Fidele. Chelco FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alberto Tafalla was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Alberto Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 94th match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Macos Graciani to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle sounded Mexico left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Chelco FC.
