With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Teo Fidensio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rafael Cordarryl made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Tomas Illescas sent off a good shot on target. In the 29th minute, Patricio Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of EL FANTASMA de F. Galtero booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guillermo Mariano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Teo Fidensio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Teo Fidensio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. After a rather tough play, EL FANTASMA de F. Galtero's Ambrosio Clodio got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Galtero played a much better game than Venezuela and deserved their victory. The Venezuela players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
