Svinninge BK's Isak Bergman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Svinninge BK from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Svinninge BK booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Rubio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 86 minutes into the match, Jonas Dalgren had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jonas Dalgren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Svinninge BK's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
