Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tostão Cabral in the 74th minute of the match. Tostão Cabral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Jonas Meira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Urameshi FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jonas Meira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dave Gahan kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Many of Ecuador's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Ecuador may have spent more time on the ball, but Urameshi FC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
