Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Merlin Castro made the kick off and thus started the match. 2 minutes into the match, Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tigran Balayan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Joel Gaona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Tigran Balayan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tigran Balayan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 9th minute of the match. 9 minutes into the match, Khachatryan's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Tigran Balayan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Khachatryan's Tigran Balayan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luca Zorita in the 10th minute of play. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Merlin Castro in the 11th minute of play. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albert Paulíny, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Lautaro Mancebo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Lautaro Mancebo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tigran Balayan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tigran Balayan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 24th minute of the match. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sung McKinley in the 26th minute of play. Tigran Balayan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 28th minute of play. Tigran Balayan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Tafalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Merlin Castro in the 35th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 38 minutes into the match, Merlin Castro dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Dante Lacasa, 1-0.

Khachatryan made a substitution. Wawrzyniec Budrewicz replaced Petros Oganesyan. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joel Gaona to strike the kick off in the second half. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Merlin Castro in the 57th minute of play. Mexico were awarded a corner in the 61th minute after Khachatryan's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joel Gaona took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Joel Gaona got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tigran Balayan quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 63rd minute, Merlin Castro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dante Lacasa was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. The audience was convinced that Merlin Castro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dante Lacasa was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. Khachatryan's Tigran Balayan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Khachatryan from getting a goal against them. Joel Gaona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Luca Zorita hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. In the 73rd minute Sung McKinley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 74th minute of the match Khachatryan got a corner. Mexico's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Marquis Kenny ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Khachatryan's Marquis Kenny to fire away a dangerous shot which Dante Lacasa despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 76th match minute, Khachatryan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wawrzyniec Budrewicz to maneuver through the defense. Lautaro Mancebos short, quick shot in the 77thth minute got Tigran Balayan to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Thanks to some nice moves Lautaro Mancebo could shoot a difficult shot in the 80th minute, which Tigran Balayan however easily saved by the left post. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albert Paulíny in the 82nd minute of the match. Dante Lacasa came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Khachatryan's Sung McKinley. But to his dismay, Sung McKinley quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Facundo Cadaval got a free kick in the 90th minute. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Merlin Castro in the 91st minute of the match. 92 minutes into the match, Khachatryan's goalkeeper Tigran Balayan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Mancebo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 95th minute of play forced Khachatryan's goalkeeper Tigran Balayan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Khachatryan fans cheered their team off the field, for while Mexico had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
