Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Matei Marioara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nicolas Sayvion in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. Nicolas Sayvion could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. When Balthazar Fultoft came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the ๖ۣۜṂagno fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Balthazar Fultoft couldn't finish the play. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Nicolas Sayvion sent off a good shot on target. In the 25th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Arias to maneuver through the defense. Nicolas Sayvion sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 32 minutes of play, Ecuador's Felix Montenegro made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Matei Marioara was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 40th minute, ๖ۣۜṂagno's Nicolas Sayvion dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. In the 44th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matei Marioara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The wind increased when Daniel Zorita made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Nicolas Sayvion stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Nicolas Sayvion tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 57 played minutes ๖ۣۜṂagno got a freekick which was hit by Martín Alaniz. After some careless play in the Ecuador defense, Nicolas Sayvion kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Julio Vera. The Ecuador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Julio Vera should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Nicolas Sayvion managed to get in a good position for a shot. ๖ۣۜṂagno's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicolas Sayvion was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. ๖ۣۜṂagno's Martins Palermo was substituted for Nicolas Sayvion. ๖ۣۜṂagno's Matei Marioara proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save ๖ۣۜṂagno from getting a goal against them. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Agustín Saelices managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Agustín Saelices was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Matei Marioara breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Antonio Arias got a free kick in the 94th minute.
