The coaching staff of USA protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Fabian Brown had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 46 minutes into the match, Minuim SS's Mikail Yerhum sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marco Day narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
