Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Behram Kayraalp in the 25th minute. Besim Özarı made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 26th minute of play. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 27th minute. The corner ended in Daniel Zorita almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Sadikköy SK's Besim Özarı did a great save. Besim Özarı showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. In the 38th match minute, Sadikköy SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by İslam Özoğuz to maneuver through the defense. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dariusz Nakoneczny made a kick off. Sadikköy SK's Besim Özarı played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 57th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Sadikköy SK's İslam Özoğuz got a free kick in the 58th minute. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Zoritas short, quick shot in the 61stth minute got Besim Özarı to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Dariusz Nakoneczny recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 64th minute, Felix Montes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Behram Kayraalp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A hard, long distance shot from Kamber Saraç flew over the goal. In the 77th minute, Kamber Saraç hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 81st minute, Behram Kayraalp left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sadikköy SK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Camilo Gisbert kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. If Lucrețiu Dabija had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 84 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Lucrețiu Dabija came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Sadikköy SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucrețiu Dabija didn't get a good kick on the ball. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Besim Özarı made a huge save. Agustín Saelices fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Besim Özarı having to interfere. In the 95th minute, Asım-Ekrem Yaman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the referee blew the final whistle, Sadikköy SK could leave the field as winners, despite Ecuador having more of the ball for most of the match.
