Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Maurinho Mendonça made the kick off which started today's match. Maurinho Mendonça scored 1-0 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rolando Noboa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Claretiano FC's Harkaitz Xavalera got a free kick in the 5th minute. In the 8th minute Luz Tejedor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Birila Graña saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute Peru were awarded a corner. Luz Tejedor went to the cornerflag to take it. Birila Graña took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Claretiano FC's zone, Julian Murillo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Birila Graña came out of the goal and Julian Murillo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Anthony Alvarado kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Favila Ribadas hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. In the 29thth minute of the game Julian Murillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Claretiano FC's Birila Graña was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Birila Graña made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 39th minute of play. Claretiano FC's Birila Graña played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 41st minute of play. Alonso Berganza hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eliseo Mina during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 46th match minute, Peru was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliseo Mina to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Julian Murillo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Moises Gayoso kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. After 55 played minutes Claretiano FC got a freekick which was hit by Norino Tostado. The throw-in from Alonso Berganza in the 58th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Claretiano FC's Manu Betancur. Birila Graña was out of position in the 62 minute of play, and Luz Tejedor capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Luz Tejedor really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Harkaitz Xavalera hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Birila Graña made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Milagros Fraga sent off a good shot on target. 72 minutes into the game, Manu Betancur was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Claretiano FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Peru the free kick. A collision led to Claretiano FC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Manu Betancur hit a great ball. Claretiano FC's Gelacio Salceda was substituted for Qu Lei Chang. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maurinho Mendonça in the 75th minute of the match. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maurinho Mendonça, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Efraim Gilabert kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. In the 90th minute, Maurinho Mendonça got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A sloppy throw-in by Manu Betancur in the 94th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Peru's Joaquin Prats.
