Spectators: 51 (Terracing: 39, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. 俞岩寒 started the match with the kick off. Kazimierz Debowy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bangladesh CF's Mike van Kampen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Costa in the 10th minute of play. After 13 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jose Correa. In the 16th minute of the match Bangladesh CF got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Therkil Vallentin ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Bangladesh CF's Therkil Vallentin to fire away a dangerous shot which Jonathan Ferrant despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. Mike van Kampen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 20th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Tomas Illescas notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Bangladesh CF's Mike van Kampen. Mike van Kampen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Bangladesh CF's zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mike van Kampen came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Andreas Stavenes kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. In the 40th minute of the match Tomas Illescas sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mike van Kampen skillfully saved the ball. Kazimierz Debowy kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Tomas Illescas kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Bangladesh CF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Therkil Vallentin in the 49th minute. Marcelo Salvatore was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Illescas made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match Tomas Illescas climbed in front of goal and pressed up 1-2 in the right cross behind a totally surprised Mike van Kampen. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Camilo Gaos got a free kick in the 61st minute. Witalis Walaszkiewicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 66th minute, Joshua Secada hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 70 minutes, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mike van Kampen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Bangladesh CF's Kazimierz Debowy got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Bangladesh CF made a substitution. Johannes Teunis replaced Kazimierz Debowy. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 俞悦锋 in the 88th minute of play.
