It was 1-0, 21 minutes into the match. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. Primitivo Andino made in the 31st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Felix Montenegro. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Daniel Hontoria tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A nice corner shot did that Daniel Zorita got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Daniel Hontoria quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The referee felt a red card was in order, 42 minutes into the game, when Gökmen Avşar put in a rough tackle. After 41 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Maden FC! Daniel Hontoria came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Eliodor Stoica kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Balamir Kamuran stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Maden FC's goalkeeper Daniel Hontoria had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. Balamir Kamuran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Maden FC's Arif Ozan Sağınç was substituted for Balamir Kamuran. In the 56th minute, Luis Andino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arif Ozan Sağınç took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Vera. Julio Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Felix Montenegro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Daniel Hontoria tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 65th minute, Camilo Gisbert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arif Ozan Sağınç in the 66th minute of the match. İstemihan Günay made a great header on Maden FC's corner, it was just that Ecuador's Julio Vera managed to reach the ball for a save. The audience was convinced that Bozkurt Tanyıldız's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Daniel Hontoria made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arif Ozan Sağınç in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Octavio Carballo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Doğuhan Koca in the 79th minute of play. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Daniel Hontoria made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 85th minute. 86 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Daniel Hontoria. Maden FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristian Sancho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Felix Montenegro came free with the goalkeeper in the 88th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Daniel Hontoria could save by the left post. Luizão Ramos kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Antonio Arias hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. In the 93rd minute, Arif Ozan Sağınç got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Maden FC's Octavio Carballo. But to his dismay, Octavio Carballo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2.
