Elder Cardoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Seco in the 11th minute of the match. In the 72ndth minute of the game Romeu de Godoi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maximiliano Escribano got free with Elder Cardoso in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 83 minutes, Benjamim Saldanha mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SUPERSTAR - DMZ and the Uruguay players grew even worse after the yellow card. Maximiliano Escribano's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 85thth minute, Elder Cardoso skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. SUPERSTAR - DMZ's Elder Cardoso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save SUPERSTAR - DMZ from getting a goal against them. A collision led to SUPERSTAR - DMZ getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Benjamim Saldanha hit a great ball. When the final whistle sounded Uruguay left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than SUPERSTAR - DMZ.
