Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Fausto Mendonça took the kick off in the first half of the match. Naldo Proença showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. 9 minutes into the match, Scarlet Speedster's Fausto Mendonça sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Thiago Pliego narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 13 minutes into the match, Scarlet Speedster's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Lacasa came free, but Naldo Proença reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Naldo Proença came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Chile's Mariano Lacasa. But to his dismay, Mariano Lacasa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Thiago Pliego made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Fausto Mendonça sent off a good shot on target. Mariano Lacasa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Naldo Proença tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fausto Mendonça fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thiago Pliego having to interfere. Fausto Mendonça received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Thiago Pliego tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orlando Casaus in the 31st minute of play forced Scarlet Speedster's goalkeeper Naldo Proença to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Scarlet Speedster's Naldo Proença played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 37th minute of play. Scarlet Speedster's Fausto Mendonça got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Naldo Proença took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Orlando Casaus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Mariano Lacasa made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Scarlet Speedster's goal looked a bit too open when Orlando Casaus came free, but Naldo Proença reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 53rd minute, Váldson Bittencourt had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fausto Mendonça in the 58th minute of the match. In the 60th match minute, Scarlet Speedster was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomas Wallin to maneuver through the defense. Scarlet Speedster made a substitution. Ekialde Nadal replaced Fausto Mendonça. In the 62nd minute, Tomas Wallin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 73 minutes into the game, Samuel Quirino threw the ball into play from the sideline. Chile's Felix Garrido quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 74 minutes into the match, Scarlet Speedster's goalkeeper Naldo Proença had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariano Lacasa. A collision led to Scarlet Speedster getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Samuel Quirino hit a great ball. Scarlet Speedster's Naldo Proença proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Scarlet Speedster from getting a goal against them. In the 80th minute Ekialde Nadal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mariano Lacasa got free with Naldo Proença in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Scarlet Speedster getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Anselmo Remir hit a great ball. The audience thought it was a sure goal in the 93rd minute, when Chile's Mariano Lacasa after having done a great run through the defense got himself free with Naldo Proença in Scarlet Speedster's goal and fired away a shot, but it missed the goal by a fraction of an inch. During the 94th minute of the match Felix Garrido completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Felix Garrido a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
