Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Axel Tasis kicked off to start the match. The supporters of Sieroszewice booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Axel Tasis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Barnaba Winograd in the 5th minute of play. After 7 minutes of play, Costa Rica's Lautaro Puig made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arkadiusz Lenertej was left in no man's land by his defense there! 10 minutes into the match, Sieroszewice's goal looked a bit too open when Eliseo Noboa came free, but Arkadiusz Lenertej reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lautaro Puig received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Arkadiusz Lenertej tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Costa Rica's Benito Sanz got control of the ball when Wojciech Zacharek tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 27 played minutes Barnaba Winograd rounded Costa Rica's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-1. When Axel Tasis fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Costa Rica's protests and gave Axel Tasis a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Axel Tasis hit a great ball. After having played for 34 minutes, Wojciech Zacharek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sieroszewice's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wojciech Zacharek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 35 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Alan Moruga. 40 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wojciech Zacharek.

Wojciech Zacharek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zula Wieczorek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Axel Tasis received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Arkadiusz Lenertej came out and tried to block the shot, but Axel Tasis slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 58th minute. 62 minutes into the game, Axel Tasis lined in a short shot 1-3 behind a frustrated Arkadiusz Lenertej. After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Arkadiusz Blicharz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. Axel Tasis who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 69thth minute tested the skills of Arkadiusz Lenertej when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 69 minutes into the game, Eliseo Noboa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Costa Rica's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sieroszewice the free kick. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Alan Moruga got a free kick in the 75th minute. Wojciech Zacharek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. In the 90th minute, Barnaba Winograd got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
