Perrucho FC's Horacio Fernandes quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Moises Gayoso, made in the 9th minute of the game. Florian Blochowiak who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 11thth minute tested the skills of Rolando Noboa when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Godofredo Hermon kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Luz Tejedor took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 16th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Remigio Rozarius. Perrucho FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, Perrucho FC's Horacio Fernandes got a free kick in the 16th minute. Milagros Fraga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Remigio Rozarius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 22nd minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remigio Rozarius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 24 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Julian Murillo sped through Perrucho FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Remigio Rozarius. 29 minutes into the match, Perrucho FC's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Remigio Rozarius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd match minute, Peru was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anthony Alvarado to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Peru's zone, Gabriel Romero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rolando Noboa came out of the goal and Gabriel Romero tried to chip the ball over his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 46th minute of play forced Perrucho FC's goalkeeper Remigio Rozarius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Perrucho FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Peru were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Julian Murillo made the kick off in the second half. Remigio Rozarius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 64th minute of the match. After 66 played minutes Perrucho FC got a freekick which was hit by Norberto Hori. Perrucho FC's Constantino Berasko was substituted for Godofredo Hermon. Perrucho FC made a substitution. Timoteo Ur replaced Arturo Iago. Norberto Hori kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. After having played for 70 minutes, Julian Murillo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Peru's supporters crossed their fingers, but Julian Murillo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The throw-in from Lucio Dayam in the 72nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. Thanks to some nice moves Julian Murillo could shoot a difficult shot in the 81st minute, which Remigio Rozarius however easily saved by the left post. Peru made a substitution. Rafael Gallo replaced Julian Murillo. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. In the 85th minute of the game Horacio Fernandes made a throw-in which Marco Slütters played forward. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Perrucho FC's goalkeeper Remigio Rozarius, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Remigio Rozarius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafael Gallo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rafael Gallo scored 0-2 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Remigio Rozarius, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hektor Tsiaris in the 93rd minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 95th minute, Rafael Gallo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Peru's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
