Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Curacao's Kyle Davies started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Marshall Graham sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 5th match minute, São Bento was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmílson Bastos to maneuver through the defense. Bruno Barrett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anísio Vale, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Bruno Barrett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Humberto Fernandes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 11 minutes, Anísio Vale managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. São Bento's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anísio Vale was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to São Bento getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Bruno Botelho hit a great ball. When Bruno Botelho fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored São Bento's protests and gave Bruno Botelho a yellow card for diving instead. Bruno Botelho hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. São Bento's Maurício Veiga proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save São Bento from getting a goal against them. Kyle Davies's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maurício Veiga read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. Bruno Barrett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anísio Vale in the 27th minute of the match. Marshall Graham kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Stanley Wallace could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Maurício Veiga made a huge save. When Troy Kennedy came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Curacao fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Troy Kennedy couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ivo Trancoso during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 38th match minute, São Bento was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivo Trancoso to maneuver through the defense. Maurício Veiga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kyle Davies, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 45thth minute of the game Kyle Davies who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but São Bento's Maurício Veiga was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Kyle Davies succeeded in the game's 49th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Humberto Fernandes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 65th minute, Humberto Fernandes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The São Bento fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Humberto Fernandes in the 70th minute of play forced Curacao's goalkeeper Bruno Barrett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Kyle Davies's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maurício Veiga was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. Maurício Veiga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stanley Wallace, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 77 minutes of play, Curacao's Kyle Davies made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Maurício Veiga was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Stanley Wallace had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kyle Davies's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maurício Veiga read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. São Bento's Maurício Veiga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stanley Wallace in the 89th minute of play. Curacao's Kyle Davies got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 94 minutes of play, Curacao's Kyle Davies made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Maurício Veiga was left in no man's land by his defense there! Anísio Vale recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee ended the match the Curacao players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
