With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tiago Gabriel Gomes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tiago Gabriel Gomes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 34th minute of the match. João Vítor Meireles could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Dante Lacasa made a huge save. In the 72nd minute of the match, Facundo Cadaval tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Tiago Gabriel Gomes saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Lotan Otto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Mexico fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dante Lacasa should have stopped the shot. When Arthur Alvarenga came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arthur Alvarenga couldn't finish the play.
