Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when 唐远升 took the kick off in the first half of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristian Sancho in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fabian Emeterio saved Vilo Futbol Club from getting behind. In the 17th minute, Cristian Sancho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cristian Sancho took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fabian Emeterio. Fabian Emeterio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 28th minute, Benjamin Olentzaro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cristian Sancho might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fabian Emeterio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristian Sancho ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 35th minute of the match Daniel Zorita sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fabian Emeterio skillfully saved the ball. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Fabian Emeterio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 唐远升 in the 38th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Zorita made a kick off. Alvaro Castel took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Vera. Julio Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabio Hernando in the 63rd minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Agustín Saelices could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Fabian Emeterio made a huge save. In the 65thth minute of the game Fabio Hernando who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fabian Emeterio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Andino, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. In the 71st minute, Fabio Hernando got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fabian Emeterio made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Fabian Emeterio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 85 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Daniel Zorita sped through Vilo Futbol Club's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fabian Emeterio. Vilo Futbol Club's Fabian Emeterio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agustín Saelices in the 94th minute of play. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
