The supporters of USA booed when Chelco FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rogelio Fe didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 28th minute Monty Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saverio Fidele saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Godofredo Ugutz during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Chelco FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Godofredo Ugutz hit a great ball. Through an outstanding action, after 30 minutes, Saverio Fidele successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Edward Mcdonald struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Saverio Fidele didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for USA. Saverio Fidele showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Mcdonald in the 38th minute of the match. Saverio Fidele made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cassius Byrne in the 41st minute. Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciro Pellegrini in the 42nd minute of the match. When Raphael Moore fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored USA's protests and gave Raphael Moore a yellow card for diving instead. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cassius Byrne was the one to do the kick off. 69 minutes into the match, Chelco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cassius Byrne came free, but Saverio Fidele reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Saverio Fidele showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Monty Rogers in the 70th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sam Campbell in the 75th minute of play forced Chelco FC's goalkeeper Saverio Fidele to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marco Baker replaced Edward Mcdonald. If Leonardo Aznaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A hard shot 81 in the game by Baldomero Rufio from a close distance when the talented Marco Day managed to make a qualified save. USA's players were relieved. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Khalid Parry in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Saverio Fidele saved Chelco FC from getting behind. Saverio Fidele took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Khalid Parry, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 89th minute of the match USA got a corner. Chelco FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jenson Smith ran over to the corner to take the kick. Raphael Moore fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saverio Fidele having to interfere. 93 minutes into the match, Khalid Parry had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Saverio Fidele. Chelco FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Khalid Parry was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0.
