A collision led to Chile getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Orlando Casaus hit a great ball. If Norberto Tipi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abdurrahim Kutlualp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Candar SK's Abdurrahim Kutlualp proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Candar SK from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Candar SK's Abdurrahim Kutlualp got control of the ball when Mariano Lacasa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mariano Lacasa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Chile getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Abdurrahim Kutlualp didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mariano Lacasa went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Orlando Casaus hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. 81 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Berker Rıza Usman came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 84 minutes into the game, Mariano Lacasa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1.
