Colombia's players were relieved. Visen Allu in the 6thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Pedro Manzanares, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerónimo Molina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Henk Everts kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. 11 minutes into the match, Gerónimo Molina notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Colombia's Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerónimo Molina in the 15th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Candido Piedra came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Colombia's Santino Seco. But to his dismay, Santino Seco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Altermundi FC's Candido Piedra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Montenegro in the 23rd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Axel Montenegro put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Candido Piedra. Visen Allu took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Sergiu Zgrăbunţa hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Gerónimo Molina blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedro Manzanares having to make a save.

Candido Piedra made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 51st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gerónimo Molina in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pedro Manzanares saved Colombia from getting behind. Altermundi FC were awarded a corner in the 55th minute after Colombia's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Pedro Reyes took the corner. Altermundi FC's Pedro Reyes was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Pedro Manzanares in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. A collision led to Colombia getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Samuel Navarro hit a great ball. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerónimo Molina in the 62nd minute of the match. When Altermundi FC's Gerónimo Molina in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Colombia's goalie prevented a goal. 67 minutes into the match, Henk Everts had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Henk Everts was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Colombia's Abram Secada was substituted for Axel Montenegro. Altermundi FC's Sem Barang was substituted for Visen Allu. Colombia made a substitution. Ignacio Mastache replaced Abram Sarmiento. After 71 played minutes, Altermundi FC's Henk Everts shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Altermundi FC reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerónimo Molina in the 73rd minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74th minute, Henk Everts hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gerónimo Molina in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedro Manzanares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 80th minute, Sergiu Zgrăbunţa made a precise shot to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-3. Sergiu Zgrăbunţa took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-3. The audience was convinced that Ignacio Mastache's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Candido Piedra was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. Altermundi FC's Candido Piedra proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Altermundi FC from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Gerónimo Molina's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Manzanares was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. Candido Piedra came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Colombia's Kevin Mastache. But to his dismay, Kevin Mastache quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-4. Colombia's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
