Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) 3 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomasz Huchro. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomasz Huchro in the 6th minute of play. 7 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Tomasz Huchro came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Ecuador's Cristian Sancho to fire away a dangerous shot which Amadeo Carrizo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. If Tomasz Huchro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomasz Huchro, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Antonio Arias hit a great ball. In the 20th minute, Angel Osasun sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Ecuador's Julio Vera didn't even have to move. Amadeo Carrizo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 24th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. 9 de Diciembre's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. 25 minutes into the match, 9 de Diciembre's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Andino came free, but Amadeo Carrizo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of 9 de Diciembre's Amadeo Carrizo. Amadeo Carrizo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 29th minute, Amado Lider hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 30th minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 32nd minute of play forced 9 de Diciembre's goalkeeper Amadeo Carrizo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomasz Huchro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. 9 de Diciembre's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Angel Osasun in the 35th minute. The corner led 9 de Diciembre's Angel Osasun to fire away a dangerous shot which Julio Vera despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Agustín Saelices's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Amadeo Carrizo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Agustín Saelices got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 0-3. 42 minutes into the match. The 9 de Diciembre players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ecuador were winning 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. After 51 played minutes 9 de Diciembre got a freekick which was hit by Cayetano Maties. Amadeo Carrizo made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. In the 73rdth minute of the game Tomasz Huchro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 74th minute, Amado Lider hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 75 played minutes 9 de Diciembre got a freekick which was hit by Amado Lider. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 79th minute of play forced 9 de Diciembre's goalkeeper Amadeo Carrizo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 80 minutes 9 de Diciembre's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomasz Huchro in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 84th minute of the match 9 de Diciembre got a corner. Ecuador's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Angel Osasun ran over to the corner to take the kick. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomasz Huchro in the 86th minute of play. Antonio Arias hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, 9 de Diciembre's Tomasz Huchro got a free kick in the 96th minute. Ecuador played a much better game than 9 de Diciembre and deserved their victory. The 9 de Diciembre players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
