Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerónimo Molina, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. With a little luck, Altermundi FC's Candido Piedra got control of the ball when Julian Murillo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 58th minute Altermundi FC were awarded a corner. In the 96th match minute, Peru was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anthony Alvarado to maneuver through the defense. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sem Barang in the 97th minute of the match. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
