Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Daniel Zorita kicked off to start the match. Cederik De Roost kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. In the 4th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Godofredo Abella saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Luis Andino hit a great ball. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cederik De Roost, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Teodosio Orti hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. 15 minutes into the match, MAN FC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Godofredo Abella reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 16 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Cederik De Roost came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcelino Hug received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Felix Montenegro charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Felix Montenegro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 65th minute of the match Marcelino Hug sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Julio Vera skillfully saved the ball. 67 minutes into the match, Cederik De Roost notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Ecuador's Julio Vera. Julio Vera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Agustín Saelices's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Godofredo Abella read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play.
