Claudinei Esteves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. But to his dismay, Cristian Sancho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Andino in the 18th minute of play forced Litoral EC - CIMZ's goalkeeper Claudinei Esteves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudinei Esteves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 20th minute of play forced Litoral EC - CIMZ's goalkeeper Claudinei Esteves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute, Daniel Zorita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Claudinei Esteves was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Agustín Saelices in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Claudinei Esteves prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Claudinei Esteves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Andino, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Litoral EC - CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Claudinei Esteves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Claudinei Esteves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agustín Saelices, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luis Andino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudinei Esteves having to interfere. In the 60th minute, Daniel Zorita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Claudinei Esteves was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with Claudinei Esteves in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 86th minute, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-11. Claudinei Esteves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 97 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Claudinei Esteves made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-12.
