Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Franky Dhondt took the kick off in the first half of the match. Julio Falcioni stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Julian Murillo's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. After a rather tough play, Peru's Efraim Gilabert got a free kick in the 9th minute. Julio Falcioni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 12th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Cardo Ruso Cordobés's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Julio Falcioni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julian Murillo in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Falcioni prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cardo Ruso Cordobés's Julio Falcioni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 25th minute of play. Julio Falcioni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Peru's Eliseo Mina managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Søren Sørendorf in the 36 minute of the game. Julio Falcioni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luz Tejedor in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Falcioni saved Cardo Ruso Cordobés from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Giovani Ferrini got free with Rolando Noboa in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Julio Falcioni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luz Tejedor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Julian Murillo made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Cardo Ruso Cordobés's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Julio Falcioni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 53rd minute Peru were awarded a corner. Luz Tejedor went to the cornerflag to take it. Julio Falcioni came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Peru's Luz Tejedor. But to his dismay, Luz Tejedor quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Cardo Ruso Cordobés made a substitution. Deci Liberatore replaced Giovani Ferrini. Cardo Ruso Cordobés made a substitution. Bennvar Back replaced Franky Dhondt. Cardo Ruso Cordobés's Modesto Urtungo was substituted for 狄钢远. 70 minutes into the game, Bennvar Back cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Rolando Noboa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Julio Falcioni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Julian Murillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 80thth minute of the game Bennvar Back who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Peru's Rolando Noboa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Julio Falcioni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 82nd minute of the match. Luz Tejedor kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Peru's Julio Falcioni threw himself towards the right post 87 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Rafael Gallo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 87 minutes into the match, Cardo Ruso Cordobés's goal looked a bit too open when Rafael Gallo came free, but Julio Falcioni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peru's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
