In the 8th minute Pavel Kalaš shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 10 minutes into the game, Gogo Illart threw the ball into play from the sideline. Peru's Alonso Berganza quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After having played for 25 minutes, Julian Murillo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Peru's supporters crossed their fingers, but Julian Murillo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Casta FC's Denis Todor got a free kick in the 27th minute. Ilias Atmatzidis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luz Tejedor in the 28th minute of play. Ilias Atmatzidis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 35th minute of the match. Tiburcio Dalmai kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Luz Tejedor managed to get in a good position for a shot. Peru's supporters rose to their feet, but Luz Tejedor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ilias Atmatzidis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 40 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Peru's Milagros Fraga fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pavel Kalaš in the 44th minute of play. After the first half Peru were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Casta FC's attentive Eleuterio Lauren managed to snatch the ball when Alonso Berganza made a throw-in in the 51st minute of the game. Pavel Kalaš might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rolando Noboa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pavel Kalaš ran back to his position shaking his head. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pavel Kalaš in the 52nd minute of play. In the 54th minute, Eliseo Mina fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Ilias Atmatzidis, passed just outside the right post. A collision led to Casta FC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Gogo Illart hit a great ball. Casta FC's Benedicto Prejun was substituted for Brannan Fynn. Casta FC's Roberto Bonadona was substituted for Elias Baldovino. Peru's Luz Tejedor was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 59th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. 62 minutes into the match, Casta FC's Adan Kelemen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rolando Noboa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tomás Erasto kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Casta FC's goalkeeper Ilias Atmatzidis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 68 minutes of play, Peru's Julian Murillo made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ilias Atmatzidis was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience thought a goal was coming when Milagros Fraga got free with Ilias Atmatzidis in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 70th minute, Peru's Milagros Fraga dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. A sloppy throw-in by Benedicto Prejun in the 80th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Peru's Eliseo Mina. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. Peru's Alonso Berganza managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Eleuterio Lauren in the 82 minute of the game. In the 84th minute, Rafael Gallo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ilias Atmatzidis. The goal made the score 0-5. Rolando Noboa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adan Kelemen went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafael Gallo in the 95th minute of play forced Casta FC's goalkeeper Ilias Atmatzidis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
