Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Fabricio Quintan kicked off to start the match. Paavali Paatelainen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 2nd minute of play. In the 4th minute, Francisco Seco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Uruguay fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 10 minutes Galand FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jaime Cazalla who took care of the corner kick. In the 12th minute Teppo Kallioniemi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Gayoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Galand FC's Paavali Paatelainen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximiliano Escribano in the 18th minute of play. Fabricio Quintan's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Joaquin Gayoso firmly grabbed it by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano Escribano in the 21st minute of play forced Galand FC's goalkeeper Paavali Paatelainen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joaquin Gayoso made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Fabricio Quintan sent off a good shot on target. Joaquin Gayoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teppo Kallioniemi, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Galand FC's Veikko Kärki was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Joaquin Gayoso in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Paavali Paatelainen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Galand FC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Päiviö Koivunen hit a great ball. In the 44th match minute, Uruguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francisco Seco to maneuver through the defense. Paavali Paatelainen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Seco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Uruguay were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Joaquin Gayoso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dorel Crivoi went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 53rd play minute Francisco Seco came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Paavali Paatelainen. 1-2. With his leg Paavali Paatelainen managed to avoid a goal in the 63rdth minute, when Uruguay's Maximiliano Escribano fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Francisco Seco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joaquin Gayoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabricio Quintan, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Camilo Covarrubias kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. In the 71st minute Teppo Kallioniemi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Gayoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 73 minutes had been played when some careless play by Uruguay's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Eemeli Myllylä was slow to take the kick. During this time Galand FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Eemeli Myllylä almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francisco Seco in the 74th minute of play forced Galand FC's goalkeeper Paavali Paatelainen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teppo Kallioniemi in the 75th minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabricio Quintan hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. The supporters of Galand FC booed when Uruguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alberto Gisbert didn't get a good kick on the ball. Joaquin Gayoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabricio Quintan, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. When the match had gone on for 88 minutes, Jaime Cazalla put it in 2-3 from a short distance just to the right of Paavali Paatelainen. If Teppo Kallioniemi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Uruguay's Maximiliano Escribano got a free kick in the 94th minute. 95 minutes into the game, Teppo Kallioniemi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-3. Joaquin Gayoso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
