When Antonio Indiano fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Colombia's protests and gave Antonio Indiano a yellow card for diving instead. After 30 minutes Colombia's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Benicio Tabby who took care of the corner kick. After a rather tough play, Sαηgrε Azuɭ's Benicio Tabby got a free kick in the 34th minute. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Conrado Rodriguez in the 39th minute of the match. When Axel Montenegro came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Colombia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Axel Montenegro couldn't finish the play. After having played for 45 minutes, Conrado Rodriguez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sαηgrε Azuɭ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Conrado Rodriguez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Conrado Rodriguez was the one to do the kick off. Conrado Rodriguez took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Manzanares. Sαηgrε Azuɭ's Bernhardt Reshauge played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santino Seco in the 71st minute of play. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! In the 82nd minute, Ignacio Mastache fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. When Cirilo Virila came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Sαηgrε Azuɭ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cirilo Virila couldn't finish the play. Bernhardt Reshauge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abram Secada in the 86th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Secada in the 90th minute of play forced Sαηgrε Azuɭ's goalkeeper Bernhardt Reshauge to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 93 minutes had been played when some careless play by Sαηgrε Azuɭ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Kevin Mastache was slow to take the kick. During this time Colombia's players had a chance to rest. A very nice done corner allowed Pascual Carballar to score against Bernhardt Reshauge in Sαηgrε Azuɭ's goal. 3-1 after 93 minutes. Bernhardt Reshauge took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santino Seco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Colombia's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
