Peru's Eliseo Mina managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Disvandis Larraona in the 16 minute of the game. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerónimo Molina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 27 minutes into the match, Altermundi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Candido Piedra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Candido Piedra managed to avoid a goal in the 29thth minute, when Peru's Julian Murillo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Peru were awarded a corner in the 30th minute after Altermundi FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luz Tejedor took the corner. After taking down the ball on Peru's corner Luz Tejedor fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Candido Piedra quite easily take care of the ball. Recai Taykurt tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Candido Piedra. An unnecessary self made goal, 1-1 in the 30th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Gerónimo Molina managed to get in a good position for a shot. Altermundi FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gerónimo Molina was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rolando Noboa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Peru's Eliseo Mina quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Disvandis Larraona, made in the 38th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerónimo Molina in the 40th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerónimo Molina in the 42nd minute of play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Julian Murillo made a kick off. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Candido Piedra read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. 57 minutes into the match, Altermundi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Luz Tejedor came free, but Candido Piedra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerónimo Molina in the 61st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sergiu Zgrăbunţa in the 66th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gerónimo Molina received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Rolando Noboa came out and tried to block the shot, but Gerónimo Molina slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 70th minute. Altermundi FC's Sem Barang was substituted for Visen Allu. The supporters of Altermundi FC booed when Peru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joaquin Prats didn't get a good kick on the ball. Candido Piedra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Disvandis Larraona made in the 91st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Sem Barang immediately put the ball in play. 94 minutes into the match, Altermundi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rafael Gallo came free, but Candido Piedra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Altermundi FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Peru.
