An unexpectedly hard shot by Santino Seco in the 12th minute of play forced Zebus FC's goalkeeper Aloísio Sergipano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 14 minutes of play, Zebus FC's Silvinho Corrêa made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Manzanares was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 25th minute Santino Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aloísio Sergipano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aloísio Sergipano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Montenegro in the 29th minute of play. Kamber Aktaş received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Pedro Manzanares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 40th minute, Abram Sarmiento ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aloísio Sergipano was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kamber Aktaş, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. If Majlind Fejzollari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Silvinho Corrêa to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Colombia getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Pascual Carballar hit a great ball. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvinho Corrêa in the 55th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Axel Montenegro could shoot a difficult shot in the 62nd minute, which Aloísio Sergipano however easily saved by the left post. Aloísio Sergipano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Axel Montenegro in the 63rd minute. 66 minutes into the match, Zebus FC's goal looked a bit too open when Santino Seco came free, but Aloísio Sergipano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Zebus FC's Aloísio Sergipano got control of the ball when Axel Montenegro tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Colombia's Pascual Carballar ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Aloísio Sergipano. Abram Secada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Zebus FC's Aloísio Sergipano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Zebus FC from getting a goal against them. In the 89th minute, Silvinho Corrêa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zebus FC made a substitution. Rodrigo Azevedo replaced Silvinho Corrêa. After 90 played minutes Zebus FC got a freekick which was hit by Silvinho Corrêa. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Abram Secada took a quick shot and it went in 2-3 without a chance for Aloísio Sergipano to make any attempt to save it. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Colombia walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
