Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Moises Fernandino made the kick off which started today's match. 3 minutes into the match, Bela Abeitia notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita. Ricardo Zorita was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 8thth minute of the game Bela Abeitia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ricardo Zorita stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bela Abeitia's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. In the 13th minute of the match Real Potosí got a corner. El Salvador's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Duarte Abarca ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of El Salvador's goalie and right to Cilio Abeita. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. El Salvador's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Lon Abechuco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Moises Fernandino in the 15th minute. When Real Potosí's Beto Alonso in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye El Salvador's goalie prevented a goal. In the 18th minute, Neron Abastas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ricardo Zorita was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 21 minutes into the match, Beto Alonso notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita. Ricardo Zorita was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Duarte Abarca recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ricardo Zorita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bela Abeitia in the 35th minute of the match. In the 39th minute Bela Abeitia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Zorita saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ricardo Zorita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bela Abeitia in the 40th minute of play. Jorge Magrina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lon Abechuco having to interfere. In the 45th minute, Beto Alonso made a precise shot to the right of Ricardo Zorita. El Salvador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. The El Salvador players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Real Potosí were winning 0-4.

The wind increased when Bela Abeitia made the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the El Salvador defense, Neron Abastas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ricardo Zorita. The El Salvador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ricardo Zorita should have stopped the shot. In the 55th minute, Neron Abastas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ricardo Zorita was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. When Real Potosí's Bela Abeitia in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye El Salvador's goalie prevented a goal. After 59 played minutes El Salvador got a freekick which was hit by Valentino Ferrant. Bela Abeitia spun around in front of the goal 61 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of El Salvador's goal. El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Neron Abastas in the 62nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bela Abeitia in the 64th minute of play forced El Salvador's goalkeeper Ricardo Zorita to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 68 minutes into the game, Neron Abastas recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ricardo Zorita. Neron Abastas showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. Ricardo Zorita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Neron Abastas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Beto Alonso took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ricardo Zorita. Ricardo Zorita dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. Real Potosí made a substitution. Marques Abenda replaced Beto Alonso. In the 86th minute, Real Potosí's Bela Abeitia ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ricardo Zorita. Ricardo Zorita yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-9. 93 minutes into the game, Jorge Magrina was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. El Salvador's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Real Potosí the free kick. Jorge Magrina kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 94 minutes into the game, when Lorenzo Yepes put in a rough tackle. A collision led to El Salvador getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Lorenzo Yepes hit a great ball. In the 97th minute, Duarte Abarca left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Real Potosí fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-11.
