A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Guillermo Mariano hit a great ball. 25 minutes into the game, Los Magios's Dirk Bos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roberto Isidor, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Camilo Gaos hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Roberto Isidor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 41 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jose Correa. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dirk Bos in the 48th minute of play. The Venezuela players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Los Magios were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Patricio Costa to strike the kick off in the second half. A throw-in in the 53rd minute of the game was made by Anselmo Bernal with Narciso Eutropio as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Isidoro Endura tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Patricio Costa came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Patricio Costa couldn't finish the play. Los Magios's Higinio Costante was substituted for Alfonso Lon. Dirk Boss short, quick shot in the 71stth minute got Jonathan Ferrant to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roberto Isidor in the 73rd minute of the match. When the match clock showed 77 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Dirk Bos sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. After 80 minutes of play, Los Magios's Roberto Isidor made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! Los Magios's Severiano Bernat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joshua Secada in the 83rd minute of play. Ezequiel Pero might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Ferrant. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ezequiel Pero ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 93rd minute, Dirk Bos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 95 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Narciso Eutropio. The Venezuela supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Los Magios's performance. The match ended with a win for Los Magios.
