Olgierd Kaczanka went to the cornerflag to take it. Sonny Ahlerot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Andino, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. After some careless play in the Brunatni Bełchatów defense, Luis Andino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sonny Ahlerot. The Brunatni Bełchatów fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sonny Ahlerot should have stopped the shot. If Luis Andino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Andino in the 30th minute of play forced Brunatni Bełchatów's goalkeeper Sonny Ahlerot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sonny Ahlerot didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luis Andino went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Niewiadomski in the 51st minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Olgierd Kaczanka charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Olgierd Kaczanka the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 51st minute, Olgierd Kaczanka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 53 minutes into the match, Brunatni Bełchatów's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Andino came free, but Sonny Ahlerot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olgierd Kaczanka was shown his second yellow card after 55 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. 54 minutes into the game, one of Brunatni Bełchatów:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 57 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Sonny Ahlerot. Daniel Zorita showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Brunatni Bełchatów's Konrad Patrylo was substituted for Bartlomiej Grucza. When the match clock showed 71 minutes, the score became 2-4 when Amir Hardjasoemantri sped through Ecuador's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Julio Vera. Brunatni Bełchatów made a substitution. Dobromir Mentis replaced Korneliusz Opat. When Marian Warka came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Brunatni Bełchatów fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marian Warka couldn't finish the play. 82 minutes into the match, Brunatni Bełchatów's goalkeeper Sonny Ahlerot had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. With a little luck, Brunatni Bełchatów's Sonny Ahlerot got control of the ball when Cristian Sancho tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gwidon Tomaka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. 92 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Gwidon Tomaka came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 95 minutes, Dobromir Mentis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brunatni Bełchatów's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dobromir Mentis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
