The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 played minutes Mukifus FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Gösta Lindell. Rômulo Neiva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Monty Rogers, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Rômulo Neiva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cassius Byrne in the 6th minute of play. Rômulo Neiva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Monty Rogers in the 9th minute of the match. 10 minutes into the match, USA's goalkeeper Marco Day had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Thiago Hudson. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thiago Hudson in the 13th minute of play. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thiago Hudson in the 15th minute of play. Rômulo Neiva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jenson Smith in the 20th minute of play. Rômulo Neiva didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jenson Smith went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 23rd minute Cassius Byrne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rômulo Neiva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rômulo Neiva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cassius Byrne, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. 29 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Thiago Hudson came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Woody Vaquero's late challenge caught a USA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Woody Vaquero helped the player get up and apologised. 31 minutes into the match, Mukifus FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Monty Rogers came free, but Rômulo Neiva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind USA's goalkeeper Marco Day, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Thiago Hudson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marco Day didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Thiago Hudson went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ben Zynek in the 45th minute of play. In the 46th minute, Fabian Brown hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gösta Lindell received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Marco Day came out and tried to block the shot, but Gösta Lindell slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 47th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ben Zynek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 56th minute, Zach Harrison hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in USA's zone, Thiago Hudson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marco Day came out of the goal and Thiago Hudson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 60 minutes into the match, Mukifus FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Monty Rogers came free, but Rômulo Neiva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Edward Mcdonald had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thiago Hudson in the 67th minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rômulo Neiva made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edward Mcdonald in the 75th minute. Mukifus FSCMZ's Filipe Freire was substituted for Jaime Carro. Mukifus FSCMZ made a substitution. Jozef Botto replaced Thiago Hudson. In the 78th minute of the match USA got a corner. Mukifus FSCMZ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Monty Rogers ran over to the corner to take the kick. USA's Marco Baker was substituted for Edward Mcdonald. Marco Baker hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jozef Botto in the 84th minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jozef Botto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marco Day having to make a save. 91 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Jozef Botto came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 94 minutes, Ben Zynek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mukifus FSCMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ben Zynek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 95 minutes into the match, Mukifus FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Khalid Parry came free, but Rômulo Neiva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rômulo Neiva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Khalid Parry, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
