The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Remigio Rozarius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 16th minute of play. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Remigio Rozarius read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. A collision led to Perrucho FC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Lucio Dayam hit a great ball. Remigio Rozarius made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Julian Murillo sent off a good shot on target. 35 minutes into the game, Lucio Dayam threw the ball into play from the sideline. Peru's Eliseo Mina quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Perrucho FC's Remigio Rozarius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 37th minute of play. The supporters of Peru booed when Perrucho FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Norberto Hori didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Florian Blochowiak was the one to do the kick off. Luz Tejedor hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Marco Slütters sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 62nd match minute, Perrucho FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florian Blochowiak to maneuver through the defense. 64 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Florian Blochowiak came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Peru's Rolando Noboa got control of the ball when Hektor Tsiaris tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Perrucho FC's Marco Slütters slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rolando Noboa. That made the score 1-1 after 92 minutes of play. Marco Slütters kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match.
