Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Othman Al Shaikh got free with Benito Sanz in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alexander Carballo kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 12 minutes, Matey Dachevski put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Benito Sanz. Matey Dachevskis short, quick shot in the 20thth minute got Benito Sanz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 25th minute of the match, Mamdouh Hayat tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Benito Sanz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 27 minutes of play, Costa Rica's Eliseo Noboa made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Clud Almagro was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Matey Dachevski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Al-Ahli's supporters rose to their feet, but Matey Dachevski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benito Sanz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Benito Sanz made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Mamdouh Hayat sent off a good shot on target. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mamdouh Hayat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eliseo Noboa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clud Almagro having to interfere. Clud Almagro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseo Noboa in the 54th minute of the match. If Axel Tasis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th minute, Ebrahem Al Qatam hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Costa Rica's Lautaro Puig got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Othman Al Shaikh's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benito Sanz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Puig got free with Clud Almagro in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matey Dachevski, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. 최 마 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Juan Rubio got a free kick in the 86th minute.
