After 26 minutes of play, ............'s Freddy Tartales made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! Patricio Costa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roman Masharov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 33rd minute of play forced ............'s goalkeeper Roman Masharov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Freddy Tartales scored 0-4 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 39th minute, Gerardo Peio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 40 minutes into the game, Gerardo Peio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ............'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venezuela the free kick. After 40 played minutes ............ got a freekick which was hit by Gerardo Peio. In the 43rd match minute, ............ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lino Pacorro to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peter Achenbach in the 45th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. ............'s Freddy Tartales got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

In the 53rd minute of the match ............ got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Peter Achenbach ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Venezuela's goalie and right to Peter Achenbach. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Venezuela's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by ............'s Freddy Tartales. But to his dismay, Freddy Tartales quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. After a rather tough play, ............'s Freddy Tartales got a free kick in the 59th minute. After 62 minutes of play, ............'s Freddy Tartales made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Alex Chicote hit a great ball. After 66 minutes of play, ............'s Freddy Tartales made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 69th minute, Freddy Tartales left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ............ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-8. The supporters of ............ booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patricio Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by ............'s Freddy Tartales. But to his dismay, Freddy Tartales quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9. After taking down the ball on ............'s corner Peter Achenbach fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jonathan Ferrant quite easily take care of the ball. Freddy Tartales blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Freddy Tartales in the 90th minute of the match. After 91 played minutes ............ got a freekick which was hit by Gerardo Peio. 95 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Freddy Tartales came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Venezuela fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. ............ were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
